About The Champagne Diet Boutique

The Champagne Diet Boutique was created by Cara Alwill Leyba, author and creator of the wildly popular blog, The Champagne Diet.

A collection of glamorously curated, designer luxury vintage accessories and custom, edgy, modern pieces, The Champagne Diet boutique is more than a shop - it's an energy.

As a creative entrepreneur with a passion for style and all things glittering, Cara always dreamed of creating a business centered around fashion. Aside from her successful writing career and her top-rated podcast, Style Your Mind, she has always been meticulous about her personal style, and believes the right outfit can completely transform a woman's confidence.

Cara's shop began in 2018 after she designed a sweatshirt for herself after her popular book titled, Like She Owns the Place. She posted a photo of the sweatshirt on Instagram, and after an overwhelming amount of her followers asked where they could get one for themselves. A few days later, Cara found a manufacturer, screen printer, and the rest is history.

The Champagne Diet Boutique features edgy, modern pieces designed by Cara herself, along with luxe, vintage accessories curated by Cara.

Growing up, Cara often found herself playing in her late grandmother's jewelry box, adorning herself with sparkling brooches, glitzy clip-on earrings, and glossy, gold statement necklaces from yesteryear. It was only a matter of time before she found a way to share her obsession with women around the world.

Dagmar Rose, named after Cara's grandmother who inspired her passion for vintage baubles, gives women more than a piece of shimmering jewelry or a gorgeous top - it inspires them to step into their most glamorous selves, to embrace their femininity, and to embody a part of themselves they maybe didn't know existed.

Through her studies at the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City, and her passion for the vintage industry, Cara has curated a collection of unique vintage costume jewelry and clothing from iconic designers like Christian Dior, Chanel, Kenneth Jay Lane, Oscar De La Renta, Trifari, Monet, and many more. Her focus is on collecting bold, stand-out pieces in excellent condition that give women a chance to experience a piece of history. She is fascinated with the idea of the women who once owned these items and believes each piece has a rich story to tell.
